When buying goods from our online store www.vikingfootwear.com, you have the right to exchange for up to 30 days.
You may freely choose another item, colour or size, provided we have the desired item in stock. Should you select a different item to the one you originally ordered, we will refund or credit your card to the amount of the difference.
Canceling an order
You have the statutory right to cancel an order. (All shipments in the Nordics ans EU) This right may be exercised 14 days after receipt of the products from us according to the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge. You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the products. We will refund the money received from you within 14 days of receiving the products from you or within fourteen 14 days of you providing us with proof of return.
Where you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, you should return the goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note: if we have provided any services as part of the purchase (e.g. products made to order) and we have begun to provide these services before you have exercised your right to cancel, we will not reimburse the costs of such services.
Goods should be returned preferable together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely.
Where goods are returned according to the right to cancel, any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, may be claimed by us as compensation.
How to exercise the statutory right to cancel
In order to cancel an order, please send us and e-mail or letter at the above mentioned address. The e-mail/letter should clary state that you are exercising your statutory right to cancel. Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it. Please keep the confirmation of any letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.
You may also use the model withdrawal form which is sent alongside the Confirmation Email to cancel the order.
